9 – 12 AGE GROUP
What we do in this class
The soccer culture of these young players is growing steadily. The training is focused on reinforcing individual ball technique, speed and agility.
We start our class with a dynamic warm up followed by stretching the muscles to get everyone ready to perform properly. Advance soccer skills like speed dribbling, pattern passing, positional play, shooting, juggling, chest, ball in the air, finishing on goal, speed on and off the ball to get the ability to run to goal, to recover and defend etc.. are introduced.
Each session incorporates a small-side scrimmage game 4v4 to 7v7 format to further develop teamwork, awareness, decision making to become smart, sound soccer player.
We emphasize teamwork and celebrate each new skill a child learn in our program with positive encouragement.
PLEASE BRING ALONG
- Appropriate soccer shoes (cleats or indoor soccer shoes)
- Shorts or Sweatpants
- Plenty of water as we give regular water break
