GOAL GIRLS
The GOAL-GIRLS program is a FUN & SPECIALIZED PROGRAM designed for girls ages 4
and up, and has been created to inspire young girls by providing a stimulating
environment that addresses their social, emotional, and educational growth, as well as
character development while learning basic and advanced soccer skills.
Our girls were the first academy team from the United States to ever be invited to the world-famous New York City
The girl’s Select League is PSU’s intra-club recreational league. For girls ages 7-12 with moderate/intermediate playing experience, the Select League provides all the experience of being on a soccer team, but without the travel! The commitment is 2 practices per week, with a game on the weekends. It is designed to be the bridge between the beginner-level programs found below, and the competitive travel teams. All of our PSU Elite Girls teams are formed with players who excel in the Select League.

Weekly sessions run for 60 minutes and the activities offer the opportunity to achieve mastery of soccer techniques, tactical awareness, while fostering self-confidence, attitude, high self-esteem, self-belief, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, tenacity to achieve incredible things and become exceptional young women.
